Automation Retainers
Ongoing engineering responsibility for your automation system, after Foundation or alongside healthy automation you already have. Always optional.
Appropriate for teams completing Foundation, or existing clients with healthy automation and a recurring need for ownership and maintenance. If your automation's condition is unclear or unhealthy, the Free Audit is generally the better first step.
A retainer is never required to receive Foundation work.

Ownership carries forward
Client ownership of the automation work product carries forward. Retainer support does not create proprietary lock-in.
When your needs don't fit a standard tier
The three standard tiers cover common ongoing automation needs. Some teams may have requirements that do not fit cleanly within those tiers. In those cases, Sepivex can scope a Custom Engagement around the actual requirements.
Custom Engagement is a scoping path — not a hidden discount, a fourth retainer tier, or an automatic expansion of a standard tier. The proposal will define the agreed scope before work begins.
Request a ProposalRetainers FAQ
Do I need to buy Automation Foundation first?
Not necessarily. Teams with an existing healthy automation system may be able to begin with a retainer after appropriate scoping.
Can I cancel after one month?
No. Retainers have a three-month minimum commitment.
Are the tests unlimited?
No. Each tier has a defined monthly test capacity. Additional requirements may require separate scoping.
Does response within one business day mean the issue will be fixed within one day?
No. The response expectation refers to acknowledgement and engagement with the request, not guaranteed resolution time.
Do you own our automation?
No. The automation remains client-owned. Sepivex takes agreed responsibility for maintaining and improving it.
